Conference participants are invited to contribute to an exhibition related to the conference themes to be held
at the conference venue. Applications to participate in this exhibition should be submitted by
31 December 2003. The conference organisers have set up a committee to select exhibitions related to the conference themes among all applications. All applicants will be informed by
15 January 2004.
All costs have to be borne by the exhibitors. The organisers assign an exhibition space. The exhibition will have a uniform design. Technical support and other services can be hired from contractors named by the secretariat. Detailed guidelines concerning design, technical support and costs will be provided upon selection by the conference secretariat.
