Participation
Conference participants come from national governments, the United
Nations and other international organisations as well as civil
society, the private sector and other stakeholder groups.
Participants are accredited either as delegates or observers. The
conference conveners expect more than 1,500 participants. Seats are
limited, as is the capacity of the venue.
Registration / Badges
In order to gain access to all conference events, each accredited
participant requires a conference badge, which will be issued on
presentation of the participant�s passport at the registration desk
in the conference venue. Registration starts one day prior to the
conference, on 31 May, from 10 am until 8 pm. Participants are
advised to register on 31 May, if possible. On 1 June, the
registration desk opens at 7.30 am.
Accommodation & Travel
Accommodation at hotels will be facilitated according to the
information provided with the registration form. Participants will
be accommodated in the hotel category of their choice. Please note
that participants must pay their own expenses.
Participants are requested to make their own travel and visa
arrangements.
To facilitate visa processing, a copy of the invitation/confirmation
should be attached to the visa application.
Weather
In early June, temperatures vary between 15� and 25�C and the
weather might be wet. Up-to-date information on weather is available
at the city of Bonn�s website:

Conference languages and documents
The conference languages are English, French, Spanish and German.
