Background Information to the presentation of the conference logo2 July, 2003.
The Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Ms Heidemarie
Wieczorek-Zeul, and the Federal Minister for the Environment, Nature
conservation and Nuclear safety, Mr J�rgen Trittin, presented the conference logo
in Berlin. The Conference - renewables 2004 - will be convened from 1 to 4 June
2004 in Bonn, the former capital of Germany.
The logo
On the left side of the logo five pictograms symbolise the five sources of
renewable energies:
- sun � yellow
- wind � blue
- geothermic � orange
- water � dark green
- biomass � brown
The logo was created by cmuk � Gruppe f�r Gestaltung, a design studio located in
Wiesbaden, Hesse.
