The overall preparation and coordination of
the multi-stakeholder dialogue at the International Conference for
Renewable Energies was carried out by Stakeholder Forum for Our
Common Future on behalf of the conference conveners and in close
cooperation with the Conference Secretariat.
An International Advisory Group (IAG) had been appointed for the
outreach to different civil society groups. The members of the IAG
served as focal points for MSD preparations of the respective
stakeholder group. The membership of the IAG reflected the range
of actors with interest, expertise, and experience in renewables.
It also reflected the appropiate gender and geographical balance.
The IAG proposed the themes of the MSD and coordinated the input
from their constituency base.
